How the Process Works

1

Try to Resolve Directly

Contact the other party first to try to resolve the issue. Many disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

2

File a Dispute

If direct resolution fails, file a formal dispute through your account. Provide all relevant details, photos, and communication records.

3

Our Team Reviews

Our dispute resolution team will review all evidence from both parties. We may request additional information or documentation.

4

Resolution

We'll make a fair decision based on the evidence. Typical resolution time is 5-7 business days. Both parties will be notified of the outcome.
